Gravity Roller Spurs are used to transfer products from one conveying line to another. They can be used in merging or diverging applications. Ideally used where numerous lines must transfer onto a main conveyor line.

  • Height Added to Supports Set Low: 3 3/4 in Set High 4 3/8 in
    Axles 11/16 in. hex shaft, spring loaded.
    Between Rail Width 51 in., 13 in., 43 in., 47 in., 39 in., 33 in., 25 in., 31 in., 37 in., 27 in., 21 in., 17 in., 23 in., 15 in., 19 in.
    Capacity 630 lbs per roller
    Couplings Butt couplings type for bolting sections together.
    Frame 4 in. deep x 1 5/8 in. flange x 4 ga. powder painted formed steel channel with bolt-in cross members.
    Inside Radius 48 in., 32.5 in.
    Roller Settings 2 1/2 in. dia. x 11 ga. unplated steel tubing. Bearings are labyrinth sealed and grease packed.
    Mounting Bracket Bracket is supplied to attach spur to side channels of other conveyors.
