The Troughed Bed Belt Conveyor is very similar to our Slider Bed Belt Conveyor except that it includes built-in guard rails. This conveyor features 2-1/2" high guard rails, as well as the 10 different widths and 75 lbs per linear foot capacity. These specific features make this conveyor versatile enough to handle several different types of products ranging from boxes, bags, loose items, small items, as well as shock sensitive materials. With the center drive option installed, the conveyor can also be reversible. Another application that the Troughed Bed Belt Conveyor handles well is where ceiling hung sections are needed. The built-in guard rails insure that products will not be able to fall from the side.
