The Slider Bed Belt conveyor is used in most industries and is ideal for general transportation of totes, cartons, parts, and odd shaped items. This conveyor is good for progressive assembly; sorting, and packing; inspection; inclines and declines. This conveyor is not recommended for use with bulk materials (i.e. powders). The belt helps maintain product spacing and orientation.
  • The Slider Bed Belt Conveyor can contribute its popularity to its versatility. This conveyor features a simple design and slim profile so that it can be used in several different areas of application ranging from sortation and packaging, product assembly, as well as special engineering solutions such as manufacturing processes. The Slider Bed Belt Conveyor is available in 9 belt widths, reversible when configured with a center drive, and is easy to install and configure. The Slider Bed Belt Conveyor also features a metal bed that the belt rides along to provide smooth transportation of shock sensitive materials. It can also be used in an incline application with the use of the adjustable floor supports and/or ceiling supports.
  • Drive Pulley 4" diameter with 1" diameter shaft at bearings, machine crowned and fully lagged.
    Snub Idler Adjustable 2-1/8" diameter with pre-lubricated bearings. Guards included.
    Return Idler Adjustable 1.9" diameter pre-lubricated ball bearings.
    Speed Reduction Sealed worm gear C-face speed reducer. No. 50 roller chain to drive pulley.
    End Drive Located on discharge end of conveyor, chain guard on left hand side.
