This 1.9" x 16 gauge galvanized steel gravity roller conveyor is perfect for conveying medium weight product in a permanently installed situation.
The 1.9” diameter rollers are constructed with 16 gauge steel giving this conveyor a capacity equal to 210 lbs per roller. The rollers can be placed on 2.25”, 3”, 4.5”, 6”, 9”, or 12” centers depending on the type of application needed. Smaller or irregular shaped products tend to convey well with small roller spacing. The overall conveyor capacity increases as the roller center spacing decreases.
The galvanized coating gives this conveyor a layer of rust prevention so that it can be used in less than ideal environments where moisture and wet products might be found. Just as a rule of thumb when selecting roller spacing, a minimum of three rollers under the product being conveyed is suggested.
