The model 190-E24C 24 VDC Live Roller Conveyor Curve uses a series of 24 VDC motors to drive the tapered rollers, eliminating the need for drive belts, chains, or line shafts. Quiet operation and ease of maintenance and installation are just some of the advantages.

    Motor 24 VDC motor mounted on inside channel. Maximum slaved rollers is 16 per each motor. Motor controller: controls and protects motor. One per motor.
    Capacity Maximum 37 lbs. per foot with a maximum capacity per E24 motor of 75 lbs.
    Frame Roller bed with 2 1/2 in. dia tapered to 1 11/16 in. dia. x 16 ga. galvanized rollers. Mounted in 6 1/2 x 12 ga. powder painted formed steel channel frame.
