Pallet flow racking systems are high density pallet storage systems that utilize depth to increase capacity. This system uses a slightly inclined rail with rollers that allow pallets to move easily along the sloped plane. These systems are also called gravity flow or dynamic flow systems. The pallet flow system often has complex motion and braking systems to control the speed of the moving pallet.
Pallet flow racking systems are either a FIFO (first in, first out) or a LIFO (last in, first out) storage system. If the system is loaded from the back and unloaded from the front, its FIFO; if the system is loaded and unloaded from the front its a LIFO system.

Full-Width Roller Pallet Flow
1.9” Full-Width Roller Pallet Flow Systems provide an excellent rolling surface for plastic pallets, skids, wire baskets, slip sheets, corrugated skids, and plastic returnable shipping containers as well as a variety of other loads that are unpredictable on other conveying surfaces.
These engineered bulk material handling systems can be configured to the width of the product conveyed or in a split lane configuration. All of the rollers are sized to carry the products safely and effortlessly. The bearings used in the rollers are selected to facilitate the environmental conditions of the system. All bearings for the material handling equipment are selected based on low maintenance. Loads can be controlled during the transition to the exit of the flow lane by the use of speed controllers.
Gravity keg flow helps beer wholesalers and distributors with dense, multi-level keg storage – up to 8 kegs deep and 8 kegs wide per 96″ bay – accommodating all keg types and sizes. Lanes can store unique SKUs and be designed to support first-in, first-out (FIFO) inventory rotation or first-in, last-out (FILO) rotation. Keg flow improves space and provides needed differentiation while increasing productivity with reduced travel time. Advantages are:
