Sortation

Bastian Solutions offers the full range of conveyor sortation solutions. All your sortation needs are covered from medium-rate transfers and pivot wheel diverts to our industry-leading high-speed shoe sorter. With rates up to 18,000 cases per hour, low maintenance design and advanced crash avoidance, the Bastian Solutions’ conveyor shoe sorter will keep your facility moving.

Accumulation Conveyor

Consistently and efficiently timed transportation of light to heavy loads through facilities results in more reliable throughput across operations. Ideal for both distribution and manufacturing operations, accumulation conveyors are commonly used to transport and queue cartons, totes and pallets for further downstream processes like sorting, wrapping, palletizing and strapping.

Accumulation conveyor technology, including zero or minimum pressure accumulation, provides a buffer zone where a steady supply of product can be oriented or held back when downstream processes are not ready. In addition, they can be used to smooth out fluctuations in production line rates.

Conveyor Director brings flexibility to operations and setup with a simple push button HMI, allowing operators to make adjustments on the fly. Additionally, the cards provide reliable and consistent performance with peer to peer communication, enabling settings to be pushed to all connected cards and neighbor restore functionality.
