Bastian Solutions COVID-19 Update

March 25, 2020As we work together through the impact of COVID-19, we wanted to share how Bastian Solutions is addressing the situation and share our plans moving forward upon the recent announcements of many states issuing Stay at Home Orders. Bastian Solutions is actively monitoring the COVID-19 developments with the utmost care and concern. Our first priority is the health and safety of our employees. Our next priority is to make sure we do everything we can to meet our customer commitments and avoid disruptions to service and delivery, especially to clients who are deemed as essential businesses.

Bastian Solutions has been deemed as an essential business, due to the nature of much of our client base. However, we are starting to see that some external actions and mandates outside of our control may result in delays to project timelines. Bastian Solutions, along with many others, has restricted the international travel of employees and has cautioned employees about domestic travel. As a result, it is possible that commissioning or other on-site activities could be delayed. We will notify affected customers and vendors as soon as we learn of any type of delay that might affect specific projects.

Production employees who have been deemed essential are encouraged to stay home if they feel sick and maintain social distancing while in our facilities or on job sites. We are also encouraging non-production employees to work from home as well as replacing in-person meetings with conference calls. Each Bastian Solutions location that is non-essential is closed to outside visitors and will be actively watching for and will adhere to any governmental mandates on the state or federal levels.

We are doing everything in our power to keep business running per usual. Bastian Solutions production facilities remain open, and we will support on-going projects as best we can while keeping everyone’s health and safety as top priority. Our leadership team will continue to monitor this situation closely, and we will communicate quickly when and if there are further developments impacting Bastian Solutions, our employees, our customers and our vendors.

If you have questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact your account manager or email us at info@bastiansolutions.com. We value your business and will work hard to support you through this time.
