Our booth, LU-7828, will feature a scaled-down order fulfillment system complete with Bastian Solutions SmartPick™. This comprehensive solution combines advanced artificial intelligence, powerful machine vision, dynamic end of arm tooling, a six-axis robot and seamless software integration to turn a GTP (goods to person) system into a highly efficient GTR (goods to robot) solution. Visitors will be able to watch how Exacta® intralogistics software directs the interactions between the AI vision, collaborative robot and a small AutoStore installation.

A turnkey Bastion Solutions SmartPick system adjusts to labor availability, increases picking throughput, allows for 24/7 automated operations, and most importantly, improves customer satisfaction.

To round out the fully automated system, we’ll also showcase the ML2 Mini Load AV (autonomous vehicle). As the name implies, the ML2 is engineered for small to medium load handling and although compact, its versatility is considerable. At the show, the vehicle will be equipped with a powered conveyor appliance, but it can accommodate several other load handling appliances thanks to its modular payload deck. Other options include towing pins, lift tables, lift and rotate, and custom engineered solutions.

The LiDAR driven ML2 automates a variety of operations like assembly line conveyance, lineside delivery, and sortation without additional infrastructure.
