The Project Operations teams execute highly complex automated material handling solutions for our customers supply chain operations. Our team has experience working on some of our largest and most exciting projects for customers such as Amazon, Puma, Dicks Sporting Goods, Chewy.com and Best Buy. We utilize cutting edge technology by partnering with companies such as Fanuc, AutoStore, and Hytrol to meet our clients ever changing material handling needs.

We provide turnkey solutions beginning with consulting and design phases managed by project managers and then move to execution which is led by site managers and ending with a fully constructed and commissioning engineer validated system built by a highly-skilled team of fabricators.

While Bastian Solutions focuses on integrating systems, we have a growing focus on internal manufacturing. Our 3 internal manufacturing teams focus on a variety of product lines that are important to our industry. Each facility has nearly unlimited capabilities in the design and manufacturing of equipment that Bastian Solutions can provide. Industrial Robotics (St. Louis, MO) - Bastian Solutions robotics division is a leading integrator of industrial robotics systems.  Using robots from the top industrial robotics manufacturers, we engineer custom end of arm tools, controls, and equipment to give you a full robotic system solution.

Custom Automation (Greenfield, IN) - Bastian Solutions Automation Engineering will help you successfully compete in your markets by providing state of the art custom engineered and fabricated material handling equipment. We develop custom material handling equipment to improve efficiency within industrial settings.

Bastian Conveyor (Westfield, IN) - Bastian Solutions Conveyor designs and manufactures the latest, most advanced product line of conveyors and accessories designed to efficiently handle a variety of products. Our design refinements allow for material handling system flexibility and integration with ease of installation and cost-efficiency.
 

Here at Bastian Solutions, our intern/co-op program plays a huge part in cultivating strong  teams for our company's growth and success. Our interns/co-ops have the chance to work with teams across the organization, playing a key role on real world projects.

Our internship program provides opportunities to perform day-to-day activities in various roles across the organization, complete portfolio-worthy projects and network with professionals across the enterprise. Most importantly, the program allows our interns to gain valuable experience that will help in pursuing their future careers.

What separates our internships from others is the level of industry exposure and opportunity to make a significant impact. Our goal for this program is to introduce our interns to the rapidly growing supply chain integration and industrial automation industry. They will be part of exciting projects that work with and develop cutting-edge technologies to create the solutions that our clients need.
